All items sold by Cards & Stamps Vault are final sale, unless otherwise stated.
Collectibles such as trading cards and stamps are unique, condition-sensitive items. For this reason, we do not accept returns based on:

Changes in market value
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:

Damaged during shipping, or

Incorrect compared to the original order

If the claim is verified, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Shipping Damage
All orders are packaged with collector-grade care.
Once a shipment is in the possession of the carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the shipping provider. However, we will assist with carrier claims when applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items altered or damaged after delivery
Refund Processing
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once processing or shipping has begun. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
