Description

This original Pokémon TCG card features the Lightning Pokémon, Electrike, as an agile Basic character. The card showcases a dynamic and striking illustration of the Pokémon sprinting across a rocky landscape, with jagged bolts of yellow electricity erupting from its green fur against a backdrop of dark, shadowed mountains.

As a Lightning-type Pokémon, it generates immense internal power to overwhelm its opponents. Its primary move, Thunder Jolt, permits the player to deliver a powerful electrical shock for significant damage; however, the intensity of the discharge is so great that it causes a small amount of recoil damage to Electrike itself. The artwork by Naoki Saito perfectly captures the character’s intense energy, complemented by flavor text stating that it stores electricity in its fur and gives off sparks from all over its body during seasons when the air is dry. This particular version features a Reverse Holo foil pattern that covers the entire card face except for the character window. The card also features standard game stats, including a specific weakness to Fighting-type attacks and a low retreat cost.
